Two-coat electrostatic powder coating
We apply a powder coating system by electrostatic spraying in two stages: a first coat of anti-corrosion primer and a second finishing coat in different colours and textures.
Each coat undergoes oven polymerisation, producing a uniform, high-adhesion coating with excellent resistance to corrosion, wear and environmental conditions.
*The actual colour may differ from the digital image due to ambient lighting conditions and factors arising from the colour application process.

Quality also lies in what you barely notice: hinges, drawers, seals and closures engineered for outdoor use.

We work with Neolith and Dekton ranges to create premium sintered-stone worktops. Final specifications are verified for each application.
In an outdoor kitchen, materials are about more than appearance. Sun, moisture, weather, heat and frequency of use influence structures, cladding and mechanisms. We therefore study the right combination for each project, creating a coherent result from the cabinet interior to the worktop.
We use stainless steel, steel, galvanized steel and Magnelis-coated solutions according to the purpose of each component. No single metal suits every area: geometry, proximity to heat, exposure and maintenance all matter. For some structural parts, protective coatings are an essential part of the construction, alongside metal thickness and section.
A coating is more than a colour. We consider preparation, protective systems, matte or textured finishes and intended use. RAL references can help link the kitchen to doors, paving and façades. Final samples should be viewed in the actual light: an outdoor finish can look different on a shaded terrace and in full sun.
Hinges, drawer runners, magnets and closing systems deserve the same care as visible surfaces. We consider quality mechanisms, including Blum hardware where appropriate, alongside seals that can help reduce the ingress of dust and water. In windy locations, retainers or catches may help keep doors in position. No closure replaces correct installation and maintenance.
Sintered and porcelain surfaces such as Neolith and Dekton provide many design options. Thickness, edges, joints and support must be defined for the composition. Near a barbecue or oven, heat-resistant materials or thermal separation may be needed. The equipment manufacturer’s instructions determine safety clearances and affect the worktop details.
They are different materials and protective systems with different uses. We select each solution according to the part, exposure, contact with moisture or heat and desired finish.
No. Magnelis is a protective metallic coating used on steel in specific applications. It is not the same material as stainless steel.
We assess seals, hinges, magnets and catches based on door size and location, aiming to improve everyday use and reduce accidental opening where feasible.
We can integrate worktops and cladding from these ranges according to design and availability. Support, thickness, machining and compatibility with cooking equipment are considered.
